At the heart of DISO Design & Build is a partnership forged in grit and perfected in luxury. Victor brings decades of heavy commercial framing and structural engineering expertise, while Roxana (Soto) is the mastermind behind the firm’s uncompromising interior design and architectural vision. Together since 2002, they built DISO on a foundation of fierce loyalty, family values, and a shared drive to seamlessly bridge the gap between commercial-grade rigor and high-end residential luxury.
Francisco Rios | Director of Field Operations, Colorado
In the construction industry, true loyalty is rare. Since 2011, Francisco (known to our DISO family as "Pancho") has been the absolute backbone of our field operations. He stood by our side through the toughest seasons and has proven himself to be much more than a lead builder—he is family. Today, Francisco directs the front lines for DISO Design & Build in Colorado Springs. Mya Victoria Diaz Soto | Office Operations, Colorado
As the oldest daughter of the founders, Mya represents the proud next generation of DISO Design & Build. Managing the day-to-day operations of our Colorado office, she is the organizational force that keeps our complex projects running smoothly. Mya ensures every client experiences our uncompromising standard of excellence off the job site.
